Well, I think the question of whether or not it gets more reviewers is
independent of the final destination format.

The wiki-vs-docbook question is complex.  DocBook is great for
generating output for readers, but it also imposes a lot of overhead on
translators.  The fact that some translators "defected" and used a wiki
instead just proves this :-).  I don't blame them for doing it.

There is a real tool problem here; they shouldn't have had to make that
choice, but unfortunately, there was no good technical solution
available (although we could easily imagine what one might look like).

Let me think about the right way to present it from the front page... if
I can think of a good way, I'll link to it; if not, we can just wait
until it's transferred back into XML.
