"It doesn't install WingDBG, but WingDBG is not installed in plone" doesn't scan; did you mean "it asks if I want to install WingDBG, but WingDBG is not installed in Plone"? Are you sure you choose the correct INSTANCE_HOME? Note that WingDBG is a Zope product, and has no Plone-specific extensions (it doesn't need to). So, there is no Plone control panel for it, and it doesn't have a quickinstaller install file (again, it doesn't need it). You can see in the Zope Control Panel if it is installed, there will be a WingDBG entry there.
4) When I modify files in a project, or I create new folders, changes don't happens in my system, but they occur in the wing source browser.
Urm, what do you mean? BTW, questions about Wing are best asked on the Wing mailinglist at http://wingide.com/lists/wingide.
