I don't think that you can get those headers under a vs environment.
qi.LiveChat runs fine under twisted 2.5 as well which you can get
precompiled from the twistedmatrix site.

Visual Studio 2003 was not found on this system. If you have Cygwin

Its working once i installed vs2003 and MingW32. But still i asking
for
header file.
Its throwing "sys/epoll.h - file not found error". this header file
is not
there in my python/include folder. please help me to get such header
files.
/usr/include/sys/epoll.h
Such file are specific to the OS.
