Dear Plone Developers and users It is a great pleasure for us to announce “bigramsplitter”which is a new in-site search add-on product for East-Asia language (mid term drop-off project of GSoC). Eeventhough, Our appointed student could not meet time schedule of GSoC, CMSCom Inc.(Terada & Hotta) and many Japanese Plone users continued project locally. The “bigramsplitter” is still beta-code and testing stage, however we are sure that with advice of core developers, this product will be one of the searche solution for East-Asian people.
Source code of the search add-on product is located under the Goolge code. Anyone can join us. Please help us improving the code. http://code.google.com/p/bigramsplitter/ For easy testing of your language, we has opened up a plone site with “bigramsplitter”search build in. If you find any bugs, Please leave message in the site.
