I dont know the syntax, but I have done this with GenericPloneContent.

= You can install GenericPloneContent, edit the image and look at the code it produces.

If you are really stuck, I can take a look at it (but not right now.... trying to get more work..)

<http://pypi.python.org/pypi/plone.app.imaging>

The required format is "<name> <width>:<height>"

Please: how should I enter a name that includes white space?

Traditionally, we have three such names; here are relevant comments from my
buildout configuration file:

# ${buildout:directory}/parts/plone/ATContentTypes/content/image.py
#
# sizes= {'CENTRIM maximum width' : (940, 475),
# 'large' : (768, 768),
# 'CENTRIM extended width' : (706, 475),
# 'CENTRIM standard width' : (462, 462),
# 'preview' : (400, 400),
# 'mini' : (200, 200),
# 'thumb' : (128, 128),
# 'tile' : (64, 64),
# 'icon' : (32, 32),
# 'listing' : (16, 16),
# },

TIA
Graham
