thanks for testing! Alex Clark got the same error on Vista, so we know this is not a one-off problem. Your screenshot title says 3.3rc3, was that a typo or did you test an older installer?

    I'm seeing this problem with several add-ons in a non-installer build
    outs.  It appears to happen to add-ons with profiles without
    metadata,xml versions.
