I'd say add ISitemapRoot and bind sitemap to that. By default ISitemapRoot
should be the same as INavigationRoot.

That allows you to have a sitemap containing just one section of your site,
but not limiting navigation breadcrumb or tinymce (images/links).
A usecase could be a sitemap of just your products and a sitemap of just
your services in one site.
