oi, Leandro! tudo bom?try adding 'Plone' to install_requires in setup.py... I think you need that to run the tests... later you may need to add 'PIL' also...
if you are new to Plone, why don't you try Dexterity instead of Archetypes? it has less boiler plate and it's the future :-)
