Let's hope this is a shielded intranet then! IP spoofing isn't too hard.

Anywho, here are a few products that I know of:

http://plone.org/products/ip-range-pas-plugin

As mentioned, you'll need to figure out what headers to trust and
re-use, because unless you run your Zope server directly on port 80
you will otherwise only see the IP address of the proxying server
(Apache, nginx, squid, etc).
