Out here there is a type of a donation that can be made where you donate
your conservation rights and get a tax break on the land for that. It is
like giving up mineral rights, but in this case you give up the right to
develop the land. We don't know whether we will do that or not, but the time
to do it is after the split is finalized so the donation is maximized. If we
did it right now the donation would not have the same value.
