We're about to do a national roll out for Managed Services, which includes vulnerability assessment, remote monitoring remote backup, break/fix tech support and hardware/software aquisition for small/medium size businesses.
The remote monitoring services includes a Central Dashboard with real time device, systems and application monitoring with asset, patch and security management and remote help desk login. I'm not sure how many folks on the list are general consultants, corporate or freelance developers, but we're pricing the services in a two tier manner to allow independents wishing to offer these type services through our network a healthy profit margin.
