There was talk of that by the owner of the house, but he failed to seen
any benefit in use in the house.  At best we could have stored up
energy in the summer to vent the house, but when outside air temp is
mid 90's, your not doing much in pushing out 100 + degree air from
upstairs.  

Did I tell you that this place had lots of south facing windows?  I
proposed that we put up a roll up / down cover to stop the all that
great direct heating on our demand.  But the wind was to bold to anchor
it properly without it smacking against the house.
