Not yet. We generate our own power in the RV, but we are pulling electric power down for the house. We have one bid so far and there are more outstanding. Half our neighbors agreed to vote for a bond issue to pave the road and put in utilities, so that's what we're doing now. We needed 51% to pass the bond issue, and we have that. Steve's the guy in charge of the project. The nutball neighbor that was such a pain in the butt sold his property last fall.
