I have been pulled over twice in Maryland because of the way I wear my
seatbelt.  I put it under my left arm so it doesn't rub against my neck.
The cops both times said they could not see it but let me go once they
saw I had it on. Also, I think I was targeted because I am a guy in
pickup and they are the least likely to wear a seatbelt.
