some interesting comments on net neutrality - and timely because I've just decided to sign up for some 'non-free' voip - so who have I chosen? skype? vonage? freetalk? - no, good old BT. They may not be the most trendy or 'open' choice but they are still the only real wholesale carrier in the UK and if anyones voip packets are going to get 'hurt' I'm guessing it won't be BT's btw my isp is now saying that 'contention' is old hat (anyone know about this?) and that what counts is priority - the more you pay the better your service.
