Have you tried contacting them? Whenever I've asked a question they've been 
pretty helpful. The guy who replies is the same from many years ago. May even 
be one of the developers (E. Muyal <sp?>).

1.Administrator rights, yuk; too many setups seem to have this problem.
2.I have still not succeeded in printing my model. Haven't retried lately 
anyway.
3.Timestamp; I don't use these DBs. Curious to hear what they'd say about it.
4.RI; Mine are imperfect as well. I suppress some of them from the model anyway.

I was also hoping for a smarter mapper for the relationships. The lines still 
need manual adjustement to avoid going through boxes.

Why don't you venture an email and see what happens?
