Hi David!

Everyone says this, but actually the outcome of my life has been very
much a surprise to me, I expected to do quite well actually. I went to
good schools, got good grades and worked *very* hard, for a long time.

The people around me who "succeeded" *all* were "ethically challenged",
to say the least. Oh, perhaps this had something to do with it?
