I am a time Warner customer also.  I switched my broadband from
Roadrunner to Earthlink, which was no switch at all from my POV, until
I see the bill is close to 1/2 of the former rate.  Both products are
offered from TW, at least in my market.  I went in complaining about
the discounts offered to new customers, where the older faithful
customers were treated like crud.  the gal behind the counter said How
about i switch you over to Earthlink, it's the same thing.
