I understand the part about some people paying crap and then wondering why they 
can't get help.  I
know several people like that, cheap as crap, always complaining about their 
help, but don't pay a
decent professional wage.  Unfortunately, people still work for them.   But the 
people who work
for them seem to put up with it rather than continuing to look for work.

One person I've known got so fed up and left, immediately got a county job with 
benefits, higher
wages, health insurance, and job security.  If it wasn't for her having a fight 
with her employer
and quitting in a huff, she never would have gotten that job.

It seems that one of the only ways to get really rich is to have a lot of 
employees and pay them
like crap.  One can only hope there is a heaven and hell.
