I would put an "assert .f. Message 'Env-Restoresets' " at the start of your
restoresets method (make sure asserts are on) and step through the routine
to pin down where it goes wrong.

Also

The hours code just sets the time back to what it was before.  You use it in
the save and restores as well. Drop the 'set hours to &gcOldHour' 
in the save and  have only

'set hours to &gcOldHour'

in the restore.
