Holidays are just days when the clients are less likely to call and
keep you from getting any work done <s>.

What is your preferred method of storage for fields on a biz object?
Create a property for each field on the object and load them in
individually or create 1 property and then scatter the fields from the
table into that?

A business object contains business rules and acts out business
behaviors. While purists of "encapsulation" claim an object "contains"
the data it needs to do its job, an object can "contain" a reference
to a data environment or cursor where the data is stored, using views
generated programmatically, using SPT, views, or CursorObjects.

Am I right in thinking the second way is the lazy mans approach and
really you should do it the first way thus giving you access to the
assign and read methods?

That's one way. Another is to only allow read and write access to the
cursor through Get and Set methods.
