That would be one way of doing it. I just sent you an invitation for gmail. It does a terrific job at keeping the conversations organized and it's web based so you don't need to worry about your POP3 client taking too long to bring down the messages.
I agree. I switched my list subscription to gmail a while ago, and I often forget I'm reading an Email list lately versus a message forum or something... Very easy to read just the threads I want, and to back up in them to find the beginning, etc... Most mail clients support this too, but not as well.
