If you are talking about American politics, then I have no idea (you
have used Liberal rather than liberal). However, I am sure than whoever
I stated, you would find some midemeanour, no matter how small or
insignificant, and point out how they were therefore suffering from a
mental disorder.  With such a closed mind, and your only intent simply
to prove your own case, then the exercise is academic.  

Like I said, you can find anyone from any background who you think is
stupid, and generalise that to whatever you like.  I know someone called
Michael who posts the most simple minded nonsense I have ever had the
misfortune to read, therefore being called Michael is a mental disorder.
