Thanks for the info Bill. Not exactly what I was looking for, but
certainly interesting all the same. What kind of costs are involved,
the website doesn't mention it.

My approach was a bit different that what you're doing with Speed Send -
the diff file is stored on a server (internal, external, intranet,
internet, etc) and the my custom apploader checks for a newer diff file,
finds it, applies it, then launches the application.
