We're using a new United Parcel Service (UPS) webtool that they have
available to customers.
We can send out a validation of City and State, sigh, and it needs to be
sent in XML that includes a user id, password and access ID.
That is what is messing me up...
I didn't know we could validate addresses on the US PS site..

They need to have it use XPCI compliant and must use SSL
I tried using the loXmlHttp = NEWOBJECT( "Microsoft.XMLHTTP" ) but
could not find any switches for SSL ...
I'm kind of new at this XMLHttp stuff so I gleaned from past
messages...
