UNC's (all paths used by app are registered in a "profile" table) ... and it's certainly not a show stopper for the app to prompt with the locator for a new drive/path in the event some app-related files are moved. As always, the rule I follow is that my app must be able to run with only VFP installed. This has consequences, true, but I wouldn't be sucke(er)d into forcing tractor-trailers on customers who only need a compact Ferrari :) Bill > Stephen Russell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
