I thought you wanted a WS, but your taking about a COM object.

If you have your WSDL, put it on your webserver.  Make sure that VFP is
installed as a runtime on that server.  Should do what your expecting.

I think that your going to have more troubles in getting rights for your
VFP thinggy to function then anything else.

Lastly remember where your COM object runs on a Server, it's not the
directory it's installed in.  :)
