Michael Madigan recently announced he is moving to Brazil because, as we quote, "I hear the Brazilian ladies really like guys with infant sized genitalia".
It is also speculated that he is planning to come out of the closet and publicly announce he is gay once he arrives in Brazil. According to Mr. Madigan, "I just love those low cut speedos the guys wear down there and I'm planning on meeting up with a long time friend who will be my Japenese Houseboy".
