"African-American" is a race-baiter's term, quite sick of it, thank you.

First they (the "respectable niggers" back in the day) wanted to be
"Negro", then "Colored" then "Black", changing it every few years to
keep us off balance. I say let the speaker or writer decide, it is his
or her speech or writing. When they write the piece, they can use their
preferred term but never dictate *our* vocabulary. There is still a
first amendment.

Beyond that, they need to get over themselves.
