Correct! Not good enough Pete. Rumsfeld isn't this stupid, just as the

Actually, that is my understanding of how the Chinese might view it. You
lose a few, but you might save many more. Much different than western
thinking. Of course, no guarantee either way.
It is sort of like the equation of how many we are killing vs. how many
Saddam was killing when he was in power.
