So did I - with the .net beta - it worked just fine. iirc I returned a
'scatter name' object.

But again, that comes back to what I said: it's ok for use in cases where it's ONE record that you're passing to the caller, but in the case where you'd need 1:M, it would have to be XML for non-VFP links.
