So Ballmer's mea culpa is not "hogwash." It's a fact. He wasn't making
excuses and he did not see any point in explaining what happened in an
anti-M$ way, as we might do here. Bottom line is that he can take the
blame all he wants (like GWB and Katrina) but if a leader does not do
right by his constituency, he is not fit to lead and should be summarily
dismissed.
