This is a problem I have run into without resolution so thanks.
I see there is two keys with reference to the DLL.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocServer32
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocSer
ver32
The reference is in the (Default) key.
So at what level of the registry structure are you recommending deletion?

I've been banging my head against a brick wall with an 8007007e ole error when
trying to
createobject("Outlook.Application")
Couldn't see anything that might have affected anything other than the customer
had
recently moved from Norton Security 2005 to AVG.
Turns out that the uninstall of Norton had removed everything other than a
reference in
the registry to script blocking (scrblock.dll), removing the offending key has
fixed the
problem.
Hope that helps one of you not to waste a week of chargeable time as I have
just done!
