Desmond, The Password form needs the ShowWindow property set to "1 - In top level form"

Works great, when exiting the app/form clear events is called in the destroy event. All is well... Needed to password protect, created another form same settings. Have tried calling it before the main form, even in the init of the main form. The password form flashes and then goes away, main form appears. If I move the main form out of the way there is the password form, if I enter a password the password form works properly. Suggestions/help. Am I missing something...
