Tracy, No UDF's in any fields/bands, Only one timer in the app which is DEFINITELY disabled. Ane more oddity, in the do case where the "report form ...to printer" instruction is, if you diplicate this line i.e two reports one after each other from the SAME cursor in consecutive lines, the second report is always OK but the first report shows the error. I'll zip the application up and post it tonight so anyone interested can take a look.
