I'm having a[n un]related problem with my tests of background pictures on
forms - if I overlay a textbox with a transparant background it works fine
- except when the textbox has focus, when it goes opaque (Win2k - themes on

Put this in the when of the textbox
RETURN .F.
and it won't get the focus. Bit of a kludge but could be ok until you
get something better. Must admit that I havn't played with background
images much :-[
