There can be a lot of things that throw that message. Most browsers
have the ability to tell you more. If you follow those dialogs, you'll
get a more detailed error message.

Anything common about the machines that get the errors? OS? Version?
Browser? Version?

Several OSes and browsers have shipped updated copies of "Root
Certificates" - the certificates that validate that the people you
bought your cert from were legit. Without the updates, some certs may
fail. You could check to ensure their certs are the same or similar.
