There can be a lot of things that throw that message. Most browsers have the ability to tell you more. If you follow those dialogs, you'll get a more detailed error message. Anything common about the machines that get the errors? OS? Version? Browser? Version? Several OSes and browsers have shipped updated copies of "Root Certificates" - the certificates that validate that the people you bought your cert from were legit. Without the updates, some certs may fail.
