That guy is so clean-cut, he could pass for a priest. Regents College in NY is a "life experience" institution run by the state. It is a college-equivalency program. I am not putting it down .. just explaining that it is not a traditional college. He does not list an education degree or any type of certification. So if you are going to dump on this guy, he appears to be deserving. Not that I am advocating or condoning dumping on anyone (except Madigan).
