Certainly this is good news. Unfortunately, the Bush administration has already demonstrated in a very clear and uncertain manner that it has absolutely no respect for our Constitution and any law that is promulgated thereunder.
Hopefully, there will be some law-abiding underlings in "the food chain" who will refuse to participate in illegal practices. And to those of you on this list who deign to disparage a sitting Federal Judge, you deserve no protection from the courts. Thank the almighty that you still have the privilege of voicing your insipid opinions while you can. The people who control the man you adulate have every intention of taking that privilege away from you.
