We just got a Dell 2950 PowerEdge. It's a screamer and we pretty much maxed it out for $4K. You don't have to buy Dell but you can use the specs as a guide to whatever brand you want to purchase.
HALinNY P.S. We have 50-75 concurrent users depending on work volume and seasonality. Don't go "cheap" or underestimate your use. It is always better to have too much power than not enough.
