We just got a Dell 2950 PowerEdge. It's a screamer and we pretty much maxed it
out for $4K. You don't have to buy Dell but you can use the specs as a guide
to whatever brand you want to purchase.

P.S. We have 50-75 concurrent users depending on work volume and seasonality.
Don't go "cheap" or underestimate your use. It is always better to have too
much power than not enough. The extra expense will pay for itself with better
performance and fewer problems.
