But it looks like it has some very useful stuff in it. After just a cursory look, I see structure and synchronization tools -- looks very useful. They even claim to have a direct x-> sQL (via ODBC) conversion tool.
Played with it a bit this afternoon, looks like a good addition to the toolbox.
