Tried all those things. Still no dice. The App is VFP 9. Are there any issues with running VFP 9 apps on Win 2k servers?

Didn't someone mention that already? Reload the DLLs if you haven't done that already. If that does not solve it, recompile and rebuild the exe. If that does not work, add 3 lines of do-nothing code to the main program and recompile and rebuild the exe.
