I've been using eMusic.com for a couple of months now. At first, I wasn't terribly impressed, compared to iTunes. Once I started branching out, though, and seeing the breadth that they had, I was much more impressed.
I think it's very much a your-mileage-may-vary thing. If you like the idea of paying every month and getting the tracks cheaper than iTunes, give eMusic.com a try. If you only want to download occasionally, stick with iTunes. And if you really, _really_ don't like having flawed technological measures block your rights under copyright law, give eMusic lots of money. :-) If you want to try 25 free downloads, go to http://www.emusic.com/ and see if they have what you like. If you want to give me a few extra free downloads at the same time, let me know off-list and I'll send you an invite. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
