I belong to the local 2 groups here. people get all
bent out of shape when resellers sneak in with a sob
story and take your stuff. Freecycle is best for
getting rid of your junk for free, but don't expect
the person taking it is truly "needy". Never part
with something that you wouldn't throw out.
I don't think you have to be needy - hence the "WANTED" headers. You
just have to want it. You *shouldn't* be reselling it, and I don't
think that most people do resell it. We've taken several items (and
OFFERed several items), and the one or 2 times it didn't work out, we
always re-freecycled it. I'm sure some people do just sell the items,
but I'll bet the majority don't. (Or are we saying the same thing?)
