Tracy,
I already have VMWare V5 on the home PC running a 2K installatijon and it
runs the webserver no problem but it is much cleaner/easier/quicker to have
in "in the box" ASP server running, especially as the home PC needs a little
upgrading - to be honest the upgrade will be a replacement!

Dave,

Although Virtual PC is not officially supported on XP Home it does run on
it. You could install XP Pro or W2K in a VPC to get the services you need,
and only have them running when you need them. Keeps your XP Home registry
clean, and no fuss with firewalls.
