Just called US Airways to get my flight reservation for going to
FoxForward and the rep could not seem to understand what I was saying,
and kept repeating the same questions over and over. Her name was
"Vicki." After 5 minutes of frustrating back and forth dialogue with
her, I asked where she was located: "The Phillipines, sir."
Ugh. More language barrier frustrations. After 10 minutes wasted, I
hung up, cutting my losses.
