That's true but is just an idea...if you can somehow use the macros that
come with the printer
you don't need to worry about the size nor the label you are using.  Right
now what I do
is while in my letter in Word select the text, press the macro key and
print.  Maybe a
Word object selecting the label text (maybe could be done on the background)
will do the trick.

At least is a predetermined number of choices, P-touch just have 7 different
labels of which
one is a CD/DVD label so is really 6.  Another idea is to use just use one
of the options 
the 2-3/7" x 4 it will allow you to print both the sender's and receiver's
addresses as well as
a company logo and the barcode.
