I didn't watch it, so I can't comment on that particular scene, but I do know that Albright and several other people who worked in State at the time have denied that the scenes involving her never took place, that these were some of the fictional parts added to the show to change the impression of the events.

It certainly brings up the question: if you have a recent event in which most of the key participants are still alive, why would you need to make stuff up?
