Its the time shift from 2006 to 2007 ;)
There have been performance issues with this and some of the other 2007
stuff (account for example) which I think is more to do with stuff they
have buried in there for development/diagnostic reasons. They don't
seem to be taking them as problems more stating that they wont be there
in the final release.
The accounting system made a sudden improvement on this refresh which
looks like the last one planned prior to public release which could just
be them backing out stuff.
Alternatively it is the .net stuff that is screwing it up ;)
