The one that pissed me off was the invoice sent to my "Accounting Department" for a subscription I had never ordered. I haven't subscribed to FoxTalk since that funny-looking bald guy was the editor, and I certainly hadn't ordered a new subscription. I wonder how many businesses paid these "invoices" without thinking.
